Yoga Nidra

Do you sometimes feel as though your sleep bank is out of balance? Do you find it difficult to fall asleep? When that happens, we begin an unhealthy cycle of rest and sleep deficits which can affect everything, from our moods to cognitive and body functions.
Yoga nidra is “divine” or "yogic” sleep, a guided meditation that deeply relaxes and rejuvenates the mind, body and spirit. It is a powerful experience known to connect practitioners with their essential, True Selves.
