Introduction to Yoga (3-week session)

This 3-week series will introduce you to yoga basics including foundational yoga poses (asanas), language and breath work. You'll learn yoga poses through step-by-step verbal description, demonstration and practice, with an emphasis on safety and stability -- with a lot of space for Q&A. Each class is 90 minutes to allow enough time for Q&A.
PACE: Slow to Moderate ALL LEVELS
