Vinyasa Yoga (2)

This 75-minute class begins slowly and deliberately, focusing on alignment as we move through challenging strength poses, followed by stretching and relaxation at the end. Props are used assist with challenges in flexibility, strength and balance, ultimately allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself.
