This practice, ideal for beginners to yoga, ventures into all the different disciplines while staying true to the novice yogi. One practice we will do yin yoga, another might be Hatha, Perhaps the next one will be a novice vinyasa or a restorative practice or a seated-only gentle yoga or a yoga and the breath or a yoga nidra. You get the idea. It will be just as good for us as it will be for you: we all need to change things up and (re)learn the basics from time to time, so it's also ideal for more experienced yogis.
